Heat indices around 105 degrees are expected on Monday afternoon and early evening and from 105 to 109 degrees on Tuesday afternoon. Refer to the Heat Advisory statement for details and safety information. There is a chance for strong to marginally severe thunderstorms on Tuesday afternoon through early Tuesday night. Periodic chances for thunderstorms are in the forecast Thursday through Saturday.
