Isolated thunderstorms are forecast over central Indiana later this afternoon and evening. These storms could drop south into southern Indiana and north central Kentucky this evening. Severe weather is not expected at this time...but a brief thunderstorm with gusty winds and lightning are possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. Isolated thunderstorms again are forecast as a weak frontal boundary stalls out across the region Saturday. Heavy rainfall and lightning are the main threats. Scattered thunderstorms are expected Monday and Tuesday as a cold front approaches the region. One or two strong storms cannot be ruled out, but heavy rain and lightning are the main threats. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected at this time. GENERAL STORM MOTION OF THE DAY: Storms will move east southeast at 10 to 15 mph. Any users of this storm motion must be aware that thunderstorm activity can be erratic and constantly evolving.
