Louisiana...

  Big Cypress Bayou At Caddo Lake affecting Marion, Cass, Harrison
  and Caddo Counties.

For the Big Cypress Bayou...including Caddo Lake...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

  - Bankfull stage is 169.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 5:00 AM CDT Thursday was 173.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 173.5
    feet tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 172.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    173.4 feet on 04/23/1927.

    ending at 6:30 PM CDT Wednesday was 174.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The lake is forecast to continue to rise to 174.7
    feet by Wednesday evening. The lake will then slowly fall
    into the weekend.
  - Flood stage is 173.0 feet.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 6:00 PM CDT Wednesday was 154.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The lake is forecast to crest at 155.5 ft on
    Friday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 151.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
