...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Louisiana...

  Cypress Bayou At Wallace Lake affecting Caddo and De Soto
  Parishes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Cypress Bayou at Wallace Lake.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 152.0 feet, Expect overflow of some six secondary
  roadways in the southern Kingston Road area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 152.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 142.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 PM CDT Monday was 153.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The lake has crested and will continue to slowly
    fall through this week.
  - Flood stage is 151.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    152.5 feet on 05/21/2015.

    Thursday evening and continue falling to 171.5 feet Saturday
    evening.

  Red River At Coushatta affecting Red River, Natchitoches, Bossier,
   Caddo and Bienville Parishes.

  Red River At Grand Ecore affecting Grant, Natchitoches and Red
  River Parishes.

For the Red River...including Dekalb, Index, Fulton, Springbank
Ferry, Shreveport, Coushatta, Grand Ecore...Minor flooding is
forecast.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Red River at Coushatta.

* WHEN...Until early Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 31.0 feet, Minor flooding occurs. Minor backwater
  flooding occurs from the confluence or the Red River with Loggy
  Bayou as well as up through the lower Flat River and lower Red
  Chute Bayou in southern Bossier Parish.  Livestock and equipment
  should be moved to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 31.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 31.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:00 PM CDT Monday was 31.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 31.3
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 31.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    31.2 feet on 05/09/1944.
