Isolated to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible this evening and overnight over Southeast Oklahoma and the northern sections of Southwest Arkansas, along a weak surface front that will slowly drift south into the area. An isolated strong storm or two can not be ruled out this evening, with locally gusty winds, small hail, and brief heavy rainfall possible before the storms weaken. In addition, temperatures will climb into the lower to mid 90s areawide this afternoon. When combined with the humidity, heat indices will range from 100-105 degrees. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday. Isolated to widely scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible over the region Monday as the remnants of the front move through East Texas and North Louisiana. Additional isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible across the area Wednesday and Thursday, as an upper level disturbance moves through the region.
