...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Louisiana...

  Bayou Dorcheat At Lake Bistineau affecting Webster, Bossier,
  Bienville and Red River Parishes.

For the Bayou Dorcheat...including Lake Bistineau...Minor flooding
is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* IMPACTS...At 143.0 feet, Water begins to flow over Louisiana 164.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 142.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 141.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 AM CDT Thursday was 142.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 142.9
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    Monday evening.
  - Flood stage is 142.5 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
