  values up to 107 expected.

* WHERE...Southern Piscataquis, Central Penobscot, and Southern

* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until 10 AM EDT Wednesday. For the
  Excessive Heat Warning, from 10 AM to 8 PM EDT Wednesday.
