The main hazards will be heavy downpours with a low potential for highly localized flooding. There is a chance for a few thunderstorms this afternoon-early evening. Any storms that manage to develop could be severe with damaging wind gusts and locally heavy rainfall being primary hazards. A cold front crosses late this evening potentially generating a storm or two near the Tri-Cites.
