Dakota...Minnesota...
Red River of the North at Fargo affecting Cass and Clay Counties.
.The Red River at Fargo has crested and will begin to slowly recede.
Minor flooding will continue today.
For the Red River...including Wahpeton, Hickson, Fargo, Halstad,
East Grand Forks, Oslo, Drayton, Pembina...Minor flooding is
forecast.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Safety message - Turn around, don`t drown. Don`t travel through
flooded areas. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

ending at 8:15 AM CDT Friday was 22.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.1
feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
Thursday morning.
