Whilst smaller stream water levels have started to recede, larger rivers are still seeing water levels increase and will continue into tonight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday With water levels still elevated, flooding remains a concern across northeast Minnesota. Further rain and storms beginning on Friday and continuing into Saturday may cause more hydrological issues across the area heading into the weekend. Furthermore, strong to Severe storms are possible on Saturday. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Reports of flooding from spotters and the public are requested. $$

* WHAT...Flooding caused by Tuesday evening excessive rainfall is
ongoing.
* WHERE...In Minnesota, the northern half of Cass County.
* WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways, specifically County Highways 4, 63, 135 and
161.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 919 AM CDT Thursday, emergency management reported ongoing
flooding over County Highways 4, 63, 135 and 161. Minor
flooding is already occurring.
- County Highways 4, 63, 135 and 161 are experiencing ongoing
water over the roadway according to the County Highway
Department.
