This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of northeast
Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Substantial flooding will continue across the Iron Range,
Borderlands and the Arrowhead of northeast Minnesota. Whilst water
levels have begun to recede, some larger rivers will not crest
until this weekend. Rainfall through tonight could prolong the
crest depending on how much new rainfall falls in that area.

Thunderstorms are possible today into tonight, mainly from central
Minnesota into northwest Wisconsin. Severe storms are not
expected but heavy rainfall is possible, mainly from east-central
Minnesota into portions of northwest Wisconsin.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

With water levels still elevated, flooding remains a concern
across northeast Minnesota. Further rain and storms on Saturday
may cause more hydrological issues across the area heading into
the weekend. Additionally, strong to severe storms are possible
across northwest Wisconsin on Saturday.

There will be a high risk of rip currents Saturday along the
beaches in the Twin Ports.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Skywarn spotters may be needed for rainfall totals, flooding
concerns, and the potential for severe weather tomorrow.
