Recent rainfall will have minimal impact on the river crests, but may prolong the length of flooding. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Locally heavy rain and isolated strong to severe storms are possible Tuesday, primarily across southern Minnesota.
