* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...South Fork Crow River below Mayer.

* WHEN...Until Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 14.5 feet, The bridge on 84th Street is closed.  Road
  closures include 42nd Street between Tacoma Avenue and County Road
  123; County road 23 north of Mayer and County Road 27 in
  Watertown; and County Road 32 from County Road 135 to Vega Avenue.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 930 AM CDT Wednesday, the stage was 14.5 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 930 AM CDT Wednesday was 15.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Tuesday morning and continue falling to 10.3 feet
    Wednesday, July 03.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    14.4 feet on 10/10/2017.

  bound lane of Highway 101 near the intersection with Highway 13.
  Flood waters also impact the north bound lanes of Interstate 35W.
  Port Cargill builds additional protection.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 900 AM CDT Wednesday, the stage was 712.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 900 AM CDT Wednesday was 712.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 715.7
    feet Saturday morning.
  - Flood stage is 702.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    715.2 feet on 04/13/1997.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central and
southern Minnesota, and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

River levels will continue rising through late week with some
locations with moderate or major flood stage observed during the
crest. Additional impactful rain is not expected until later this
week.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Another period of active weather is expected Thursday night through
Friday. Severe weather and localized flash flooding will be
possible once again.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

SKYWARN spotter activation will not be needed.
