River levels will continue rising along the Minnesota and Mississippi Rivers through late week with moderate or major flood stage observed during the crest. Additional rain has started to fall will continue to fall overnight. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. Another period of active weather is expected Friday. Strong to severe storms and localized flash flooding will be possible once again Friday afternoon.
