...The National Weather Service in La Crosse WI has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Minnesota...

  South Fork Zumbro River at Rochester 37th St affecting Olmsted
  County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to tomorrow afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 12.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this afternoon to a crest of 14.4 feet this evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage late this evening.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    13.9 feet on 06/10/2004.
