This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...Tonight

Isolated non-severe thunderstorms are possible early this
evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

A flood watch has been issued with the potential for multiple
rounds of thunderstorms and heavy rain Friday through Saturday.
Widespread rainfall totals from 2 to 4 inches are expected with
localized amounts of 5 to 6 inches possible. The flooding threat
will hinge on where the heavier rainfall from each wave of storms
falls. The risk of river flooding extends through next week in
spots.

Strong to severe storms are possible both Friday and Saturday
with primary hazards of damaging winds and large hail. A few
tornadoes also remain possible on Saturday afternoon.

There may be another round of severe storms Monday night into
Tuesday, but it is too early to determine any further details.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Not expected at this time, but rainfall and any severe weather
reports Friday and Saturday would be appreciated.

.EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COORDINATION...

A webinar is scheduled for 1 pm on Friday.
