This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of north central
Iowa...northeast Iowa...southeast Minnesota...southwest Wisconsin
and west central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

Windy conditions in spots again today with gusts 35 to 50 mph.
Open areas and wind prone areas will see the stronger wind gusts. The
stronger northwest winds will gradually push from north to south
during the afternoon, diminishing this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Periodic thunderstorm chances from Tuesday into Thursday. It`s
too early to discern whether any of these days would harbor a
severe threat.

..Wind Gusts 30 to 45 MPH This Afternoon...

Northwest winds with gusts 30 to 45 MPH will continue this
afternoon, with the higher gusts especially for ridgetops and wind
prone areas. Some higher gusts up to 50 MPH will be possible early
in the afternoon in wind prone areas. Blowing dust or dirt may
occur near construction sites and freshly worked fields. Loose
objects may be blown around and high profile vehicles may have
difficulty traveling especially on north to south oriented roads.
Boaters should be aware of the stronger winds today. Always wear a
life jacket!
