This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southeast
Minnesota...northeast Iowa and southwest into central Wisconsin.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Isolated non-severe thunderstorms are possible across parts of
southeast Minnesota and north central and western Wisconsin this
afternoon and evening.

Flooding will continue along many area rivers. Please see the
latest flood statements for additional details.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Flooding will continue along many area rivers through the week.

Thunderstorms will be possible Monday night into Tuesday.
Although details are uncertain there remains some potential risk
for strong to severe thunderstorms during this time.

Additional showers and thunderstorms are possible late Thursday
night into Friday night. It is too early to determine exact
severe weather risk details.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Wisconsin...Iowa...Minnesota...

  Mississippi River at McGregor affecting Grant, Crawford, Clayton
  and Allamakee Counties.

  Mississippi River at Winona affecting Trempealeau, Buffalo and
  Winona Counties.

  Mississippi River at Guttenberg Dam 10 affecting Clayton and
  Grant Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...Wisconsin...

  Mississippi River at La Crosse affecting La Crosse, Vernon and
  Houston Counties.

  Mississippi River at Wabasha affecting Buffalo and Wabasha
  Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

  forecast.

* WHERE...Mississippi River at La Crosse.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Portions of Goose Island County Park begin
  to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 12.1 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:15 PM CDT Sunday was 12.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.1
    feet Wednesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    13.1 feet on 03/12/1983.

  - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 PM CDT Sunday was 15.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.0
    feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Tuesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    16.0 feet on 07/12/2000.
