This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of the Missouri
Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited lightning risk.
  Limited excessive heat risk.

DISCUSSION...

Low chances for a few isolated showers and thunderstorms through
the early evening, generally along and east of Highway 65.
Lightning and heavy downpours can be expected within any
thunderstorms.

Hot and humid conditions continue into the early evening with heat
index values around 95 to 100 degrees.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Low chances (15-30%) for a few isolated thunderstorms in the
afternoon and early evening on Monday and Tuesday. Lightning and
heavy downpours will be the main hazards.

Heat index values through Friday will be in the low 90s to near
100.
