This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Isolated thunderstorms cannot be ruled out over southeast
Missouri, mainly over the Ozark Foothills, this afternoon. Gusty
winds, torrential downpours, and lightning will be the primary
concerns.

Heat indices over southeast Missouri may reach 100 degrees in a
few locations.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday

Afternoon heat indices could reach 100 degrees along the Current
River in southeast Missouri Saturday. Readings on Sunday and
Monday will be near 100 throughout the region, and then generally
range from 95 to 100 for the remainder of the week.

Isolated afternoon thunderstorms cannot be ruled out over
portions of the region Monday through Wednesday. Gusty winds,
torrential downpours, and lightning will be the primary concerns.
