This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

An isolated thunderstorm remains possible across west Kentucky
through late afternoon. Primary storm hazards would be torrential
downpours, gusty winds, and lightning.

Heat index readings will range from 100 to 105 across parts of
southeast Missouri and western Kentucky until early evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Heat index readings of 100 to 107 are forecast on Tuesday and may
approach that range again next Saturday.

Thunderstorms are possible Tuesday night through Wednesday. A few
of these may be strong to severe with hazards ranging from
torrential downpours to gusty winds and hail. Additional
thunderstorms are possible on Saturday.
