Hazardous weather is not expected at this time. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday. An extended period of dangerously hot weather is expected this weekend and continuing through the middle part of next week. High temperatures are expected to reach the middle to upper 90s each day, with heat index values of 100 to 105 degrees expected, highest across central and eastern portions of central NC. These unusually hot conditions for this time of year will increase the risk of heat- related illness, especially for those without access to air conditioning. Avoid outdoor activities during the warmest parts of the day. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected at this time. $$
