This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for extreme northeast Georgia, the
Piedmont and Foothills of North Carolina, and the South Carolina
Upstate.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Hot and humid conditions are expected Sunday through Thursday, with
high temperatures climbing the middle 90s. Maximum heat index values
of 100 to 104 degrees are possible each afternoon, primarily along
the I-77 corridor and the Upper Savannah River Valley. These hot and
humid conditions will present an increased risk of heat-related
illness for those who are sensitive to heat and to those without
access to air conditioning. Avoid spending extended time outdoors
during the hottest part of the day.
