Scattered shower and thunderstorm activity is forecast to develop out ahead of an approaching cold front this afternoon and evening with a few of these storms potentially becoming severe in nature. Damaging winds, hail, and torrential downpours will be the primary concern within the strongest storms. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday. The combination of heat and humidity will produce heat index values between 100 and 105 degrees again Friday through Sunday.
