   Moderate Rip Current Risk.

The combination of heat and humidity will produce heat index values
between 100 and 105 degrees Sunday. Anyone spending time outdoors
should take precaution to mitigate heat related illnesses.

A cold front will cross eastern NC late Sunday into Monday. Along
and ahead of the front, showers and thunderstorms could becoming
strong to severe. Damaging wind gusts, small hail, and localized
flooding due to heavy rain will be the primary hazards.
