Increasing swell will produce an enhanced risk for rip currents late week. There will be an elevated risk for heat related impacts Sunday through Monday, due to the combination of heat and humidity producing heat index values above 100 degrees. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Life-threatening rip currents. If caught in a rip current, remain calm. Swim in a direction following the shoreline. If tired, float or tread water until out of the rip current. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help. && $$
