The thunderstorms will continue to move eastward into central North Dakota after midnight tonight. Isolated to scattered severe thunderstorms are possible (up to a risk level 2 out of 5). The main hazards are large hail up to quarter size and damaging winds up to 60 mph. However, a warm layer of air above the ground known as a cap could limit the strength of most of the storms. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday Severe thunderstorms are possible over much of western and especially central North Dakota Monday, mainly in the afternoon and evening hours. There is a level 2 of 5 risk for severe storms in southern North Dakota, and a level 1 of 5 risk for much of the rest of the area. The main hazards are large hail up to ping pong ball size and damaging winds up to 60 mph. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotters may be needed tonight in a few areas. $$
