Minor to moderate flooding will continue along the Missouri River into next week. While all sites are expected to crest by early next week, repeated rounds of rain could lead to river levels remaining elevated for longer than currently forecast. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is not expected through Thursday afternoon. $$

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL TUESDAY EVENING...
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Missouri River at Omaha.
* WHEN...Until Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 36.0 feet, Water reaches the bottom of flood wall
just north of Interstate 480. Low lying roads are also affected
just east of Riverfront Drive north of the pedestrian bridge.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 30.6 feet...or 3.6
feet above flood stage.
- Bankfull stage is 27.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24
hours was 30.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 34.9
feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall below flood
stage early Tuesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
