Strong to severe storms will be possible tonight into early Friday morning (15% chance) with the primary threats being heavy rain/flash flooding, damaging winds, and hail. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday night through Thursday Additional strong to severe thunderstorms with heavy rain are possible Friday afternoon through Friday night (15% chance) with heavy rain/flash flooding, damaging winds, large hail, and a few tornadoes possible. Minor to moderate flooding will continue along the Missouri River into next week. While all sites are expected to crest by early next week, repeated rounds of rain could lead to river levels remaining elevated for longer than currently forecast. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation is unlikely through tonight. $$

forecast.
* WHERE...Missouri River at Plattsmouth.
* WHEN...Until late Tuesday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 32.0 feet, The water treatment plant for Plattsmouth
begins to flood. In addition, River Road begins to flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 30.6 feet...or 4.6 feet
above flood stage.
- Bankfull stage is 26.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24
hours was 30.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 32.2
feet Saturday evening. It will then fall below flood stage
Tuesday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
