This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of western and north
central Nebraska.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

There is a low probability for widespread hazardous weather.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Scattered thunderstorms remain in the forecast at times through the
weekend. There is a risk for a few strong to severe storms Wednesday,
generally along and east of Highway 183. The primary hazards are
large hail and damaging winds. After Wednesday the severe risk is
uncertain.

Temperatures well into the 90s are expected Wednesday, with highs
near 100 across southwest Nebraska. Heat index values in the upper
90s are expected for areas near and south of Interstate 80 Wednesday
afternoon, increasing the threat for heat related illnesses.
