...LAKE WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM TO 11 PM PDT SUNDAY FOR
PYRAMID LAKE AND BOTH LAHONTAN AND RYE PATCH RESERVOIRS...

* WHAT...West winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. Waves 1 to
  3 feet for Pyramid Lake.

* WHERE...Western Nevada Basin and Range including Pyramid Lake.

* WHEN...From 2 PM to 11 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Small boats, kayaks and paddle boards will be prone to
  capsizing and should remain off lake waters until conditions
  improve.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Check lake conditions before heading out and be prepared for a
sudden increase in winds and wave heights. Consider postponing
boating activities on the lake until a day with less wind.

...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH
SUNDAY EVENING FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY ACROSS WESTERN
NEVADA...

The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a Fire Weather
Watch for gusty winds and low humidity, which is in effect from
Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening.

* Affected Area...Fire Weather Zone 420 Northern Sierra Front
  including Carson City, Douglas, Storey, Southern Washoe,
  Western Lyon, and Far Southern Lassen Counties, Fire Weather
  Zone 423 West Humboldt Basin in Pershing County and Fire
  Weather Zone 429 Lahontan Basin including Churchill and
  Eastern Mineral Counties.

* Winds...West 10 to 20 mph with gusts to 40 mph. Winds will shift
  to the northwest and may be slow to diminish Sunday night.

* Humidity...10 to 15% Sunday afternoon, then rising to 20 to 30%
  in the eventing.

* Duration...2 to 6 hours.

* Impacts...The combination of gusty winds and low humidity can
  cause fire to rapidly grow in size and intensity before first
  responders can contain them.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Avoid outdoor activities that can cause a spark near dry
vegetation, such as yard work, target shooting, or campfires.
