The area of greatest concern is across the High Peaks of the northern Adirondacks Mountains and areas of central Vermont that have recently received heavy rainfall. The time period for the heaviest precipitation is Saturday afternoon through Sunday midday when occasional showers and embedded thunderstorms with heavy rainfall are likely.
