midday when occasional showers and embedded thunderstorms with heavy
rainfall are likely.

In addition, localized south to southwest winds of 40 to 45 mph are
expected on Saturday across the central and northern Champlain Valley
and over parts of northern New York, which may cause a few power
outages.
