Showers and thunderstorms are expected on Saturday with scattered
severe storms possible. All severe weather hazards will be possible
with storms, including tornadoes, damaging winds, and hail. Repeated
rounds of heavy rainfall are expected with thunderstorms on Saturday
and flash flooding is possible. Urban and poor drainage areas will be
most vulnerable to the potential for flash flooding.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...Portions of Ohio, including the following areas, Ashtabula
  Inland, Ashtabula Lakeshore, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Holmes, Lake,
  Lorain, Mahoning, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull and
  Wayne and northwest Pennsylvania, including the following areas,
  Crawford, Northern Erie and Southern Erie.

* WHEN...From 4 AM EDT Saturday through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Total rainfall amounts through Saturday evening will range
    between 1 and 2 inches, with locally higher amounts 3 inches
    or more possible.

    and preparedness information

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
