Thunderstorms will be possible across the Oklahoma Panhandle and the northern Texas Panhandle. Lightning will be the main hazard. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. High temperatures or Heat Index values approaching or exceeding 105 degrees may occur across parts of the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles Tuesday through Friday. A Heat Advisory is in effect for the far eastern sections of the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles as well as for the Palo Duro Canyon State Park on Tuesday from 1 PM to 8 PM as high temperatures or heat index values of 105 up to 108 degrees are expected. Additional Heat Advisories may be needed Wednesday through Friday. Thunderstorms will be possible across at least parts of the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles Tuesday through Sunday.
