Another very warm to hot day is on tap with highs in the low to mid 90s and afternoon heat indices of 95-100F for most areas. Breezy conditions with gusts to 25 mph are possible. An isolated storm could develop over the higher terrain of southeast OK or northwest AR (10% chance) this afternoon or evening. SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
