much of Eastern Oklahoma.

DISCUSSION...
Shower and thunderstorm coverage will increase in coverage this evening
and into overnight hours. Overall severe storm chances will remain
low, but isolated strong to marginally severe storms will be possible
with damaging winds the main concern. Additionally, periods of moderate
to heavy rainfall that accompany the stronger storms may lead to a localized
flash flooding threat, especially in urban areas.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.
MONDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY...No Hazards.
THURSDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
FRIDAY...Thunderstorm and Heavy Rain Potential.
SATURDAY...No Hazards.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Showers and thunderstorms are likely to be ongoing Monday morning,
with a slow end from northwest to southeast through Monday night.
A limited threat for both severe weather and locally heavy rain
will continue into the day Monday, especially across far eastern
Oklahoma and northwest and west central Arkansas. Additional
thunderstorm chances with some heavy rain potential are expected
to accompany another upper level storm system toward the end of
the upcoming work week.
