DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers and isolated storms will continue this
afternoon, gradually diminishing from west to east later this
afternoon and into this evening. There is a limited risk for
locally heavy rainfall with any storms. The risk for severe
weather is very low, with the best chance occurring during the
late afternoon hours across northwest AR. Patchy fog may develop
across northwest Arkansas and far northeast Oklahoma after
midnight tonight.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Additional showers and thunderstorms will develop Tuesday evening
into Wednesday as another storm system moves through the area.
That system will linger over the region through the weekend,
bringing a good chance of heavy rain, thunder, and wind Friday. A
few showers or storms could linger into the weekend but confidence
is low at this time.
