EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Upper level high pressure will bring increasing heat and humidity
back to the region this weekend and into next week. The combination
of temperature and moisture will lead to widespread triple digit
heat index values and increased potential for heat stress impacts.
Heat headlines will likely be needed.

As the upper level high pressure shifts west of the region, low to
moderate shower and thunderstorm chances will return, especially
toward the middle of next week.
