...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY MORNING THROUGH LATE SATURDAY
NIGHT...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for east central Ohio, western
Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Internet for more information about the following hazards.

 Flood Watch for widespread 1-2 inch rainfall and locally 3-4 inches.

There is a slight risk (Level 2 of 5) for severe thunderstorms
Saturday and Saturday night and a slight risk (Level 2 of 4) for
excessive rainfall leading to flash flooding.

Severe storms with damaging winds, tornadoes, and flash flooding
will all be possible Saturday and Saturday evening.

SATURDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Parts of eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and the
  northern West Virginia Panhandle.

* WHEN...From 8 AM EDT Saturday through late Saturday night.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
