Plan to stop all outdoor activity and move to shelters. .Excessive Rainfall...Flooding of urban areas, roads, small streams, and washes across the interior and western sections of Puerto Rico. Isolated flash floods possible. .Excessive Heat...This level of heat affects anyone without effective cooling and/or adequate hydration. Impacts likely in some health systems, heat-sensitive industries and infrastructure. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday Excessive heat will continue each day in the lower elevations of Puerto Rico. The risk of rip currents will return on Wednesday; first to the northern, eastern, and western coast of PR, Vieques, Culebra.
