Minor coastal flooding remains possible during the midday high tides
through Tuesday.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in North
Carolina...South Carolina...

  Waccamaw River near Freeland affecting Brunswick and Columbus
  Counties.

  Waccamaw River near Longs affecting Brunswick, Columbus and Horry
  Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in North
Carolina...

  Northeast Cape Fear River Near Burgaw affecting Pender County.

  Lumber River Near Lumberton affecting Robeson County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Waccamaw River near Longs.

* WHEN...From this evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Flooding may limit vehicle access near the
  river at the end of Big Gutter Lane and Doodle Hill Lane.  Low
  spots on Red Bluff Road will begin to flood.  The end of Vera Road
  will flood.  Several boat landings will become inaccessible.
  Parts of Aberdeen County Club will be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM EDT Monday the stage was 11.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening and continue rising to a crest of 12.2 feet
    early Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.

...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO
3 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level
  expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
  waterways.

* WHERE...Coastal Horry and Coastal Georgetown Counties.

* WHEN...From 10 AM this morning to 3 PM EDT this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Vulnerable causeways to and from local beaches may
  experience minor coastal flooding. Low-lying roads and
  locations along the Intracoastal Waterway and adjacent tidal
  creeks may observe minor coastal flooding. Check with local
  officials for the latest information regarding coastal flood
  impacts and closures.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Affected areas listed are based on
  average tide conditions. Additional locations may experience
  flooding during periods of heavy rainfall, high winds, or
  other factors.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.
