Rivers continue to crest over the next 24 to 36 hours. There will be slight chance for thunderstorms this evening. If storms can develop along the Missouri River and into the Highway 20 corridor, they may quickly become severe with large hail of one and a half inch diameter and wind gusts to 70mph. Isolated pockets of heavy rainfall is possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Flooding will continue on many area rivers through the rest of this week, though gradual declines are expected to begin in most areas. Scattered thunderstorms risks will return Thursday night into Friday.
