Thunderstorms are possible Friday through Tuesday evening across the Oklahoma and Texas Panhandles. A few storms may become severe, with large hail and damaging winds the primary hazards. * At 258 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 5 miles west of
Lefors, or 9 miles southeast of Pampa, moving southeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect some tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Hail damage to vehicles
is expected.

Pampa, Mclean, Lefors, New Mobeetie, Lake Mcclellan, Alanreed,
Codman, Kellerville, and Mobeetie.

SOUTHEASTERN ROBERTS AND NORTHEASTERN DONLEY COUNTIES THROUGH 315 PM

At 248 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles west of Lefors, or 7 miles south of Pampa, moving southeast at
15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Pampa, Mclean, Lefors, New Mobeetie, Alanreed, Codman, Kellerville,
and Mobeetie.
This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 131 and 146.
