Wind gusts to 60 mph and hail up to the size of quarters will be possible. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. Heat index values of 105 to 108 will be possible across the extreme southeastern Texas Panhandle and portions of the Rolling Plains on Wednesday and Thursday.
