This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and the far Southern Texas Panhandle.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

A few thunderstorms are possible late this afternoon and evening
near the New Mexico state line. Severe winds to 60 mph and
marginally severe hail will be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

A slight chance of severe thunderstorms is forecast for the western
South Plains and extreme southwestern Texas Panhandle during late
afternoon and evening hours Monday. Damaging winds in excess of 60
mph will be the primary hazards with storms that become severe.
Heavy rainfall may lead to localized areas of flooding due to the
slow movement of storms.

Thunderstorm chances are forecast to return from Wednesday to Friday
this week across the entire area of responsibility. Heavy rain will
be possible.
