THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS TRANSMITTED AT THE REQUEST OF THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY.

The Denton Police Department is searching for missing child Dominic
Burgos, 4 years old, White Male. The missing child was last seen
at 3 PM, on June 3rd, 2024 in the 3800 block of Canyon Verde
Lane in Denton, Texas.

Police are looking for Selena Grasty, 40 years old, White Female,
in connection with the abduction of the child. The suspect is
believed to be driving a gray 2015 Dodge Dart bearing Texas
license plate T K K 5 5 3 1. The suspect was last seen in Denton,
Texas.

LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS BELIEVE THE CHILD TO BE IN GRAVE OR
IMMEDIATE DANGER.

Anyone with information regarding this missing child should contact
the Denton Police Department at 940-349-7970.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  White Oak Creek Near Talco affecting Franklin, Titus and Morris
  Counties.

For the White Oak Creek...including Talco...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL SUNDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...White Oak Creek near Talco.

* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Expect considerable lowland flooding with
  some secondary roadways inundated. Ranchers that have cattle and
  equipment near the creek should move them to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 18.6 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:30 PM CDT Thursday was 18.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Sunday morning and continue falling to 6.4 feet Tuesday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    18.6 feet on 03/22/2012.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Expect moderate flooding of lowland areas
  with some secondary roadways closed. All cattle and equipment
  nearby the river should be moved to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 24.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 PM CDT Thursday was 25.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Monday morning and continue falling to 17.5 feet
    Tuesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    24.9 feet on 04/14/1991.
