This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Arkansas,
southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest Louisiana,
southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible this afternoon
and early evening, mainly south of line from Toledo Bend Dam to
Columbia Louisiana.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

More widespread showers and thunderstorms are expected areawide
Monday through Wednesday. Showers and thunderstorms will be possible
in most locations except Southwest Arkansas and Northeast Louisiana
on Thursday and will mainly be limited to areas well south of
Interstate 20 on Friday. The greatest coverage of showers and
thunderstorms will generally be from the early afternoon through the
evening each day. Locally gusty winds and brief heavy rainfall will
be possible in the stronger storms, but organized severe weather is
not anticipated.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Louisiana...Texas...

  Sabine River At Logansport affecting Shelby, De Soto and Panola
  Counties.

  Sabine River At Longview affecting Rusk and Gregg Counties.

  Sabine River Near Gladewater affecting Upshur, Gregg, Wood and
  Smith Counties.

  Sabine River Near Hawkins affecting Upshur, Wood and Smith
  Counties.

  Sabine River Near Beckville affecting Harrison, Rusk, Gregg and
  Panola Counties.

  Sabine River Near Mineola affecting Wood and Smith Counties.

For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater,
Longview, Beckville, Logansport...Moderate flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 32.0 feet, Lowland flooding will continue to slowly
  decrease over the next several days.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 32.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 PM CDT Sunday was 33.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 27.4 feet Friday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    33.0 feet on 03/09/1970.

  boatramps.  Move livestock and equipment to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 25.0 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:45 PM CDT Sunday was 26.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Thursday morning and continue falling to 19.6 feet
    Friday evening.
  - Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    24.4 feet on 03/15/2015.

  equipment to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 16.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 PM CDT Sunday was 17.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 14.5 feet Friday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    16.9 feet on 04/15/2017.
