...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Louisiana...Texas...

  Big Cypress Bayou At Caddo Lake affecting Caddo, Cass, Harrison
  and Marion Counties.

For the Big Cypress Bayou...including Jefferson, Caddo Lake...Minor
flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 173.0
    feet early Friday morning.
  - Flood stage is 172.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

  however, the creek will remain above flood stage for several more
  days.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday was 15.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.4
    feet just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.4 feet on 05/12/2015.

...OZONE ACTION DAY IN EFFECT FOR THURSDAY...

The Texas Commission of Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has declared
an Ozone Action Day for the Tyler...Longview...Marshall areas of
east Texas for Thursday.

Atmospheric conditions are expected to be favorable for producing
high levels of ozone pollution in the Tyler-Longview area on [Day
of the Week]. You can help prevent ozone pollution by sharing a
ride, walking or riding a bicycle, taking your lunch to work,
avoiding drive-through lanes, conserving energy, and  keeping
your vehicle properly tuned.

If required...the next Ozone Action Day notice will be issued by
300 pm on Thursday.
