  Attoyac Bayou Near Chireno affecting San Augustine, Rusk, Shelby
  and Nacogdoches Counties.

For the Attoyac Bayou...including Chireno...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Expect minor lowland flooding of boat
  ramps and pastures.  Move livestock and equipment to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 18.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:30 AM CDT Friday was 20.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 15.1 feet
    Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    19.0 feet on 04/10/1947.

  bottom. Ranchers that have cattle and equipment near the river
  should move them to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 29.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 29.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 AM CDT Friday was 29.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 29.7
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    early Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 29.0 feet.
