...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY MORNING THROUGH
THURSDAY AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following
  counties, Atascosa, Bexar, Caldwell, Comal, De Witt, Fayette,
  Frio, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Karnes, Lavaca, Medina and Wilson.

* WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Average rainfall of 1 to 4 inches with isolated rainfall
    totals in excess of 6 inches.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
